Sheila is a highly sought after strategist and operations leader, with experience in strategy, human resources, and education.
Sheila worked as an educational leader in the Chicago Public Schools and Indianapolis Public Schools systems for nearly a decade combined. She has led strategic initiatives and the operationalized of the strategic plan for Goodwill of Central and Southern Indiana, one of the largest not-for-profits in Indiana.
Sheila's education began at Butler University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in biology. During her senior year, she successfully applied and was accepted to Teach For America. She then pursued a Master of Arts in teaching from National Louis University before earning another master’s degree in organizational leadership from Columbia University in New York. Her ambitions led her to earn a third master’s degree in strategic management from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, and her Doctorate in Education from Indiana University Bloomington.
